"During
the construction of our home, my husband and I wanted to ensure
things were being done correctly. Since neither of us has any experience
with construction nor home remodeling, it was reassuring to have
a qualified person to be our advocate. Throughout the process, I
contacted Todd when I had questions regarding the piece of property
we bought, whether the foundation was poured correctly, if the builder
was using quality products in my home and especially before we signed
off on our new home. Before our final walk through with the builder,
I contacted Todd to do a preliminary walk through with us to point
out any areas of concern and his recommendations. Todd found a few
things, one of which we had to ask our builder to cut some shingles
back around the edge of our exterior stack so ice would not back
up during the winter months. Todd’s knowledge of the construction
process eased our minds that our builder was properly constructing
our home.
Just recently,
I called Todd for his expert opinion regarding our unfinished basement.
I wanted to finish the basement, but did not know what to look for
in a contractor. Todd assessed my basement, gave me better insight
as to what to look for in a contractor, what questions to ask the
contractor and a reasonable price range. After this information
from Todd, I contacted three contractors and was able to ask specific
questions and feel confident I would make the right decision. Todd’s
services have been extremely helpful to my husband and myself because
we feel we have someone looking out for our best interests."

"MTA's
expert services provided us with the reassurance we needed when
finishing our basement. Todd's inspection helped us to create a
flawless space which certainly has raised the value of our home.
MTA fills a niche in the DIY home improvement industry by checking
home owners' work. Considering your home is probably your biggest
investment, it is money well spent to get it right."
